The William Keown Trust Personal Achievement Awards 2010
Highlighting the achievements and promoting the dignity of people with disabilities
The Sensory Support Service in the SELB wish to congratulate Rachel Ritchie from Drumgor Primary School in Craigavon on her achievement in receiving the Children of Courage award from the William Keown Trust. Rachel’s name was put forward by her school to mark the fact that they feel she is an excellent role model to other profoundly deaf children; she demonstrates that deaf children and young people can integrate and play a full part in their local school and community life. She is a true child of courage.
