| The Recruitment, Redeployment, and Voluntary Severance Strategy (RRVS) has been placed on the ESAIT website for consultation until April 30th 2009 and outlines the arrangements which will be put in place for “….populating the new senior management structure in ESA…” |
| The purpose of the strategy is……” to set out the arrangements for recruitment, redeployment and voluntary severance to ensure the successful population of the new senior management structure in ESA and create an efficient and streamlined organisation, in a manner that makes best use of the available resources. |
