Equality Impact Accessment on the implementation of the Job Evaluation Scheme

The five Education and Library Boards together with the Staff Commission for Education and Library Boards have carried out an equality impact assessment on the implementation of job evaluation for former manual and non manual staff.

A process of consultation on the findings of the report is underway in which the views of a large number of interested groups will be sought. In addition a series of consultation events is being organised, both locally (within each Board area) and at regional level.

The closing date for the receipt of comments is Friday 4 April 2008.

CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD REPORT. The report can also be made available, on request, in alternative formats including large print, on computer disc, in Braille, on audio cassette and in minority languages to meet the needs of those people not fluent in English.
