Ulster Orchestra organises "Big Bad Bass"

The SELB Hearing Support Service sponsored by OTICON HEARING AIDS held a very successful morning on Friday 22 nd June 2007. The Service invited all pre-schoolers up to and including Primary 2 children along with their parents and siblings. Ricky Matson and other members of the Ulster Orchestra organised an hour of music and fun entitled “Big Bad Bass”.

Drumgor Primary School , Lurgan, kindly hosted the morning and their nursery school joined in with the fun.

The aim of the morning was to provide a forum for children with a hearing loss and their parents to meet other children with a similar disability in a relaxed atmosphere. There was a tremendous response and we had a full house and refreshments were served afterwards.
The Sensory Support Service is very grateful to OTICON for the funding they provided for the morning and for the refreshments.
