SELB helps yong people to express their Visions 4 2 Moro

One hundred young people from the Southern Education and Library Board (SELB) area will descend upon Corrymeela once again this year for the third annual Visions 4 2 Moro Conference.

The SELB Youth Service is encouraging young people from the six districts of the Board - Armagh , Banbridge, Cookstown, Craigavon, Dungannon and South Tyrone and Newry and Mourne - to get involved.
 

Eamonn Fleming , SELB Senior Youth Worker said: “The conference lasts for five days from July 4 to July 8 and participants will get the opportunity to experience issue-based workshops, get involved in group activities, meet new people and socialise.
“The conference is planned by some of the young people who participated last year. It is targeted at those aged between 15 and 19 who are keen to do something more with their summer.
“If you would like to be a part of the Visions 4 2 Moro conference contact the Craigavon/Banbridge Divisional Youth Office on 028 3833 8556 and ask for an application form.
“You can also contact your local Youth Office as follows: Armagh – 028 3752 8681; Dungannon and Cookstown – 028 8772 2167; Newry and Mourne 028 3025 3162.
“The closing date for applications is Monday, May 23, 2005 .
The conference is being funded by The Big Lottery Fund and the Southern Education and Library Board Community Relations Fund.
