Post-Primary: Serving teachers and principals in post-primary schools are invited to apply to join the new post-primary Learning Technology User Forum. The role of the forum is to consult with C2k, CCEA and the ET Strategy Management Group about learning technologies (their provision, use, and innovative development) in support of the curriculum and assessment, school administration and management, and professional development. There will be 15 teacher members.
Primary: Membership of the existing Primary Users Forum is refreshed on a regular basis. Five places for serving primary teachers/principals have been vacated and new applicants are invited. Applications from ‘early years’ teachers are especially encouraged.
Attendance expenses are available for meetings; membership is not remunerated.
Applications: Applicants for either forum are expected to provide evidence of their progressive and dynamic use of learning technologies, and demonstrate that they will be able to contribute imaginatively, innovatively and energetically to the work of the forum.
