Asset Management and Maintenance

Welcome to the Maintenance Branch. We provide solutions to buildings, mechanical/electrical and grounds maintenance problems. We also prepare specifications for buildings, mechanical/electrical and grounds works and carry out property condition and suitability surveys.

Buildings & Grounds	This section is responsible for the following: Seeking tenders/quotations in compliance with the Board's standing orders Overseeing work, negotiating rates and certifying accounts Providing cost estimates and advice on health and safety and other regulations as appropriate Engaging specialist consultants and monitoring progress as required
Projects	This section is responsible for the following projects associated with external customers: Libraries NI Manhattan Capital Works Manhattan Management

Grounds Maintenance	This section is responsible for the following: Maintaining the grounds for schools, colleges and out-centres
