Note:

With some versions of Internet Explorer the word document can open directly into Internet Explorer. If you follow these instructions the document can be retrieved in Word.

• Roll mouse over the link
• Then right click the mouse - a menu appears
• Select Save Target As
• You can then save the document to your hard disk
