SUYO Concert Tour to Berlin July 2015

The 76 members of the South Ulster Youth Orchestra who are traveling to Berlin at the end of July 2015 are looking forward to what promises to be a very exciting Concert tour and a wonderful experience.

There are plans for three concerts in Berlin and our tour operator is currently working on a packed itinerary that may include visits to the Check Point Charlie museum and the Reichstag in addition to an excursion to Dresden and the Sanssouci Palace. There may also be opportunities to partake in the very popular Berlin cycle tour and to visit one of the best water parks in Europe.

Fundraising activities to finance all of the above activities are well underway throughout the SELB area and we are always looking for ideas from parents and friends. Please contact any of the tutors if you think you can help.

The Spring term will see more fundraising events with a student recital in the Dungannon area and a table quiz in the Jockey Club, Banbridge on Friday 27th Febuary. Everyone is welcome at these events so please come along and support our students and the SUYO Berlin Concert Tour.
