MusicMakers students raise over £2000 for guide dogs for the blind with Sponsored fancy dress rehearsal!

Members of the SELB Music Service MusicMakers ensembles in Portadown, Newry and Dungannon held a sponsored fancy dress rehearsal to fund raise for their chosen charity, which this year was Guide Dogs for the Blind.  Between the three centres the students managed to raise over £2000!

Pictured above are a few of the students from the Portadown Musicmakers in fancy dress.  Also pictured  are MusicMaker members with Miriam De Groot from the Guide Dogs for the Blind charity and James Cunningham (who plays clarinet in the SELB South Ulster Youth Orchestra) and his guide dog Bart.
