(Job Ref: T08066) Home Economics to GCSE and A Level. This post is to cover the period of a maternity leave of the permanent post holder and is required from 1 September 2008 to mid February 2009 with the possibility of an extension. Applicants must possess an honours degree (2:2 minimum) or a teaching qualification in an appropriate food or science related degree. The following criteria are desirable:- a) honours degree minimum 2:1; b) minimum of 6 months experience teaching GCSE Home Economics; c) minimum of 6 months experience teaching A Level Home Economics; d) experience of teaching GCSE or A'Level Health and Social Care or willingness to do so e) willingness to participate in the extra curricular life of the College.
