(Job Ref: T08061) Religious Studies and English to Key Stage 4. Full-time temporary for 2008/2009 School Year with the possibility of extension to cover the career break of the permanent post-holder. Applicants must possess a degree in which Religious Studies is a major component and with English as a subsidiary subject. Applicants must also have experience teaching Religious Studies to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Teaching practice acceptable) and experience teaching English to Key Stage 3 (Teaching practice acceptable). The following criteria are desirable:- a) ability to teach Learning for Life and Work; b) honours degree (2:2 minimum) with Religious Studies as a major component and with English as a subsidiary subject; c) the ability to assist with extra-curricular activities.
