BUILDING SUPERVISOR (WITH SUPERVISION)
JOB REF: S08073
HOURS: 30 per week @ £10.0722 - £11.0466 per hour (7:00am-9:00am & 1:15pm-5:15pm daily)
Essential Criteria
• Minimum of 1 year's experience working as a building supervisor, caretaker or similar role in a medium/large building;
• Knowledge of building cleaning methods and the use of electrical cleaning machinery;
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and practices;
• Awareness of Child Protection issues;
• Knowledge of monitoring fuel;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with staff and the public;
• Ability to work as part of a team or alone; and
• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends as necessary.
Desirable Criteria
• Previous responsibility for security of premises and opening and closing of premises as required;
• Experience in keeping and maintaining stock records;
• Experience of the supervision of staff.
