TEMPORARY BUILDING SUPERVISOR (WITHOUT SUPERVISION)
JOB REF: Y08005
HOURS: 21 per week @ £8.0724 - £8.6392 per hour
Essential Criteria
• Minimum of 1 year's experience working as a building supervisor, caretaker or similar role in a medium/large building;
• Knowledge of building cleaning methods and the use of electrical cleaning machinery e.g. floor polishing equipment;
• Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and practices e.g. COSHH and/or CHIP regulations;
• Ability to work as part of a team or alone; and
• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends as necessary.
Desirable Criteria
• Experience in keeping and maintaining stock records;
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical services such as boiler/heating equipment and monitoring of fuel, electrical and/or water usage;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work with the public.
