HOURS: 15 per week (Mon - Fri)
SALARY: £6.6527 - £8.2274 per hour NJC Scale pts 6 - 13 (starting on the first point)
Essential Criteria
Applicants must possess a minimum of 4 GCSE passes at Grade C or higher (including English Language), or equivalent qualifications as recognised by the SELB;
Administrative / Clerical experience in an office environment including practical use of computers;
Sufficient computer skills to make efficient use of information communication technology;
Communication; interpersonal; time management and organisational skills;
The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and have experience in dealing with the general public.
Desirable Criteria
GCSE Mathematics or a Mathematic related subject at Grade C or higher, or equivalent qualifications as recognised by the SELB;
OCR/RSA Stage II Word Processing (Parts I & II) or equivalent qualifications as recognised by the SELB;
Good operational knowledge of Microsoft Windows together with some working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access or equivalent programmes.
Shortlisted applicants will be required to undertake a practical word processing test as part of the selection process
