(For the period until 31 March 2013)
SALARY: JNC Youth & Community Support Worker Range pts 10-13 £10.4606 - £11.9804 per hour
HOURS: 8 per week (10.00 am – 12.00 Noon, 3.00 – 6.00 pm, 7.00 – 10.00 pm (Y12023), 6.00 – 9.00 pm (Y12024))
Essential Criteria
• Certificate in Part-time Youth Work Levels 2 & 3;
• A minimum of 3 years' experience managing and delivering centre based youth programmes to young people;
• Experience in delivering developmental projects on specific themes;
• Experience of residential work with young people;
• Knowledge of youth led projects;
• Good group work skills
• Good facilitation skills
• Good communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Good leadership skills
• A genuine passion for youth led projects;
• Enjoy working in a team setting
