LOCATION: AN AREA YOUTH OFFICE OR SELB PREMISES
SALARY: JNC Youth & Community Support Worker Range pts 10-13, £10.4606 - £11.9804 per hour
HOURS: Variable – depending on the course and timescale (max 40 hours per course)
Locally qualified OCN in Youth Work Level 2 & 3;
Minimum of 3 years' post local qualification experience in a range of youth service settings;
Previous experience of delivering structured training programmes to young people;
Detailed knowledge of “Youth Work: A Model for Effective Practice”;
Good presentation skills;
Good facilitation skills;
Good organisational/planning skills;
- Previous experience of delivering recognised OCN accredited programme to young people;
- An understanding of OCN systems and requirements.
