The Branch is structured to deliver human resourcing and personnel services through 4 main sections, each headed by a Human Resources Officer:
The purpose of the Branch is to provide HR support, advisory, consultancy and specialist services to the Board,
its Senior Management Team, Schools, and Departments including recruitment, selection, deployment, management training and development of staff.
The service operates within a broad field of legislative and statutory provision at a provincial, national and European level.
