Facilitating and supporting the Senior Management and Service Managers to fulfil the Board’s mission to: “ensure that high quality education, youth, library and support services exist throughout the area”.

A continuous improvement approach is being pursued through the identification and implementation of policies and procedures leading to:

the delivery of more effective and efficient services
ensuring the needs of customers and the needs and aspirations of the community are met.
