The material is then catalogued and classified and sent to the appropriate location in the service.
Re circulation material is cleaned and repaired here and sometimes sent to be
re-bound.
Materials no longer used in branch libraries is Either shelved in a reserve stack which can satisfy some borrower's requests or offered for sale to the public via the branch libraries.
Not-in-stock subject requests are dealt with here as are inter library loans i.e. materials borrowed from other libraries. |
